Lowestoft fielded a strong side that contained a handful of trialists but were missing their London based players who suffered a car breakdown on route and were unable to make the game as a result.
The match provided a good workout for both sides, who struggled at times to control a sticking ball in a long cut of grass on the pitch.
Lowestoft had large spells of play during the match and controlled possession throughout and will view that match as a solid work out with players getting their first pre-season minutes under their belts.
