Lowestoft Town captain Dan Gleeson will be on air from approximately 9:10pm but the show runs from 7pm to 10pm and covers various topics and discussions in the Ryman League.

The show was launched in August with the Ryman League's backing by Harlow-based online community station Hawks Radio. Presented by David Square and his side-kick Miguel 'Migs' Lugue, the show broadcasts online from 7 to 10pm with every episode podcasted for listeners who can't tune in live.
