Throughout the season, the team has struggled for numbers and have often been left scrambling around for players. Unfortunately, after having to postpone a number of matches in recent weeks due to an insufficient number of players, the club have made the decision to withdraw from the league and fold the team.

Ladies Team Manager Josh Miller said: "It is a great shame that the team had to fold and I feel sorry to the handful of committed players we did have that now find themselves in a tricky position. My time as Lowestoft Ladies manager was challenging from the word go but regardless of that, I still enjoyed it all and I don't have any regrets.

It has been a great privilege to be the manager of this team and I would personally like to thank all the players, coaches, parents and supporters who have been a part of the journey. See you all soon."

The club will endeavour to look at the future and hope we will be in a position over the coming seasons to re-start a team when the time is right.
