Lowestoft Town FC Ladies are very proud of the inaugural season since the return of the Ladies side last summer. 2025/2026 has seen us win the Norfolk Women and Girls League title with 15 wins from 15 games as well as reach the Semi Finals of the County Cup and League Cup.

As the wider club continues to go through a transition phase on and off the pitch, the Ladies team has an ambitious plan with the aim to see them compete at Regional Football level.

The club has a stable group of experienced players and young talent, managed by Iain Spoor, assisted by Maz and Andy and captained by Charnelle Riggall. It is a leadership team firmly in place for the long-term as the club looks to progress.

The Ladies team is only a year old and needs a further building year before it is able to reach regional football. The 2026/2027 season will see the team back to defend their title as well as competing in the FA Cup, which is a very exciting prospect. The plan is then to be in regional football in 2027/2028 season and become a stable Tier Six club in the forthcoming years.

To help us achieve our aims, we need to add to our fabulous line up of Trawler Girls. We are looking to strengthen our squad all over the pitch.
