National cup competitions are set to take centre stage for Lowestoft Town FC over the next two weekends.
The Emirates FA Cup journey continues tomorrow as Lowestoft make the long round trip of around 275-miles to the capital.
Trawlerboys supporters will be hoping it's a memorable return to north London and the Coles Park Stadium - given the special scenes witnessed there when they sealed the Isthmian League North Division last season with victory over New Salamis.
However, tomorrow's opponents are Step 4 side Haringey Borough - who are now members of the Isthmian League North Division.
While they may be without a league win thus far this season, Haringey can't be underestimated as they've progressed in both the FA Cup and FA Trophy following a number of good wins already this campaign.
Having sealed their place in the Emirates FA Cup Third Qualifying Round for the first time in five years, and after hitting 11 goals in the cup run thus far, the Trawlerboys will be looking for further progress.
And with it being 12 years since Lowestoft Town last made it to the FA Cup Fourth Qualifying Round, all the incentive is there for progression.
This weekend winning clubs in the Emirates FA Cup Third Qualifying Round will receive £5,625 with losing sides to get £1,875.
The FA Cup Fourth Qualifying Round draw will take place about 3pm on Monday, September 30 on talkSPORT radio.
Ahead of tomorrow's game, Blues boss Jamie Godbold said: "Its a huge game for us.
"Although we are away from home we will be the favourites as we are playing against a team from a lower league than us.
"On paper we know that, but the beauty of the FA Cup is that if you don't turn up and show your qualities then that is when you slip up."
Admitting the tie is another potential banana skin, and urging his players to respond and be wary of a shock, Godbold added: "That is why everyone loves the FA Cup as it is so unpredictable.
"We have to be 100 per cent focussed on the task at hand, not be complacent and show the quality we have in the squad.
"They have had a great cup run, having played more games than what we have so you would class as a really good run for them.
"They have got the momentum and we have managed to get some good intel on them from playing Wroxham recently.
"We know it will be a tough game, but hopefully come 5pm we have secured a place in the next round."
Lowestoft have been drawn at home to Royston Town in the Isuzu FA Trophy Third Qualifying Round on October 5.
Godbold said: "It is a home draw against a team we played and beat at home not so long ago.
"We know they are a good team, but to get anyone at home in this competition is important."
The Trawlerboys will be without the cup tied Joao Rangel tomorrow, as well as young goalkeeper Korey Beevor who dislocated his shoulder on Wednesday night for the U19s.
But with a full squad of 18 to select from, Lowestoft have been boosted by new signing Joe Duffy, who has signed from Gorleston after trialling for The Trawlerboys in pre-season following his release from Norwich City.
The versatile midfielder made an immediate impact off the bench to score on his Southern League Premier Central Division debut for Lowestoft last Saturday at Kettering Town - but The Poppies - with former Premier League striker Nile Ranger up front - triumphed 4-1.
Reflecting on the game, Godbold said: "It has been a frustrating week.
"They were two disappointing results - you can't hide from that.
"It has given us a bit of a reality check after a good few weeks when the performance levels have been good so it is a little bit like going back to the drawing board.
"We've got a break from the league now and sometimes that can be a good thing - yet also a bad thing, as you want to get going again straight away to put the league results right.
"I thought for the first half at Kettering we were arguably the better team.
"We had the better chances, but failed to convert them and then suffered an unfortunate own goal just before half time.
"Had we put one of those chances away, then we know that game would've been slightly different.
"The second half we huffed and puffed but did get anywhere.
"We gave away some terrible goals from individual mistakes and never really got going second half, as we certainly did not build on the good performance levels we'd reached before.
"They had a loud home crowd of 900 behind them, with ex Premier League players, and in games away from home in this league something we have to learn from is that one point is worth a lot in away games."
A first Lowestoft goal for Gabe Overton and another for midfielder Flynn Clarke put The Trawlerboys into the ascendancy at Spalding United on Tuesday night, but a goal from former Derby striker Bartosz Cybulski - who had only joined The Tulips on Tuesday from King's Lynn for an undisclosed fee - made it 1-2 just before the interval.
The 6ft 6in striker then equalised for the hosts in the 82nd minute, before Chettle's 86th minute winner, after Lowestoft skipper Travis Cole had been sent off for two bookable offences in the second half.
In a game that saw 12 yellow cards, and both teams ending with 10 men, Godbold said: "It was really disappointing after what was a really positive first half for us.
"We came out with real belief and we moved the ball around really well.
"Gabe managed to score his first goal for us and we're really pleased for him to get his season up and running.
"Flynn added a second and we were well on top.
"But the game changing moment was the goal just before the interval from their new signing from King's Lynn, who they paid an undisclosed fee for, who stuck out a leg and it went in the bottom corner.
"That changed the game, they came out for the second half extremely fired up and I felt we did not match that.
"As they got more and more people up the pitch, we could not get out of our half and we conceded two set piece goals which was extremely disappointing.
"Although the corner that came in for their equaliser was never a corner.
"While there were some bad decisions made throughout the game, we made some too with a bit of ill discipline at times when we have got yellow cards for reacting - we have to walk away from the bad challenges and let the officials deal with it.
"Travis is now likely to miss the FA Trophy game on October 5.
"It was a first start for Joao on Tuesday and while he will miss the game tomorrow as he is cup tied, he deserved the start for being really positive in the games he has had.
"Murph came back and did well and individually in the past two games we have done OK - I think collectively we have been a bit off it.
"It is still a learning curve in this league."
