
Lowestoft Town officials have hailed the efforts and achievements of "influential" assistant manager Adam Gusterson, who has sadly had to step down due to increased work commitments.
The popular Gusterson - fondly known as Gussy - has had to step down from his role as assistant manager at Lowestoft Town FC due to increased work commitments.
Blues boss Jamie Godbold said: "Gussy has been an influential figure in our club over the past two years and an absolute joy to work with.
"He will be severely missed in our dressing room."
The Trawlerboys players, staff, and supporters added "a massive thank you" to Gussy - hailing his "dedication and passion" shown to the club that has "left an indelible mark on our team."
Speaking on X/Twitter, Gusterson said: "Cannot thank everyone involved in this great club enough for the last two years.
"Forever indebted to Godders for giving me the opportunity - without doubt the best coach there is about who the club are lucky to have.
"As for the lads, such a talented group as well as great people."
Thank you Gussy - you will be sorely missed as we wish you all the very best for the future.
