Foundation Phase
For the 2025/26 Season our Foundation Phase teams will be playing up an age group in their respective competitions.
We are recruiting new players starting at Under-8 through to Under-11 who will compete on behalf of Lowestoft Town FC against grassroots team a year group above.
Head of Football, Jamie Godbold "Our recruitment and development of the younger players over the past few years has been excellent meaning our teams have been really strong in their leagues and at times the games do not reflect what is good for the development of either team when you get big scores in kids football. We hope the move will help create the level of competition we want to expose the players to even if it might means few medals"

Youth Development Phase
The 2025/26 Season will see our teams continue to compete in The Junior Premier League (The JPL) on a Saturday. Over the past few seasons the JPL has offered some fantastic opportunities and experiences for our teams as they have reached Won Leagues, Played in Play-Off games, National Cup Semi-Finals & Champion of Champion weekends too. Our teams have had over night stays, motor way delays and everything in between.
Head of Football, Jamie Godbold "The JPL offers our players something pretty unique in that its challenges are very similar to that faced in men's first team football. Many players have to wait until they get to the level to understand what it's like to perform following a 4 hour journey or facing teams who you don't know anything about."

Trials are set to take place in June at Barnards Meadow with information to be finalised once the facility development plans are shared with the club. Anyone who registers will receive an email with the information required, please do not be alarmed if this isn't immediately.
