Lowestoft Town have secured the services of ex-Norwich City midfielder Alfie Payne on a contract until the end of the season. Alfie was part of last seasons hugely successful Kings Lynn squad that saw them promoted to the Conference.

Games are going to come thick and fast when we come out of lockdown, and we felt it was important that when we restart we needed a squad that could cope with the demands of a heavy schedule, whilst remaining competitive in every game we play. Alfie is a talented young player with aspirations to play higher and, like Ryan Hawkins, is a fantastic addition to our squad"
