Central defender, Knights, has spent the last 4 seasons at Suffolk rivals Leiston and was part of the squad that reached the play-offs in the 2017/18 season, Harry also won 2 Suffolk Premier Cup medals. Harry is also part of the England Universities squad and recently represented them in warm up games.

Here is what the Manager had to say about his new arrival:
"When I knew Harry was available he was someone I wanted to speak with. He is young, strong and has plenty of games at step 3 already under his belt, this was quite important when looking at ensuring we replace lads at the back like Cuz (Josh Curry) and Josh Wells. We have another lad at the back who is a proper defender, he wants to keep clean sheets, is willing to head, block, tackle and clear anything that gets chucked in our box and is a good personality for the dressing room. I look forward t working with him over the coming seasons"
