Lowestoft Town Ladies have boosted their set up by bringing in coaches Nathaniel Einecker and Ricky Graves to work alongside manager David Eastwood

Both Nathaniel and Ricky have played senior football under some good managers and coaches, allowing them to learn from them firsthand. In addition to this they've both built up a good level of coaching experience at clubs such as Bungay Town, Acle United and Gorleston, to name a few and are currently coaching and working for UK Soccer Academy.

On speaking to Nathaniel and Ricky about joining Lowestoft Town, they said "Firstly we would like to say what an honour it is for us to be involved with Lowestoft Town Football Club and coaching the very talented Lowestoft Town Ladies side".

"We will both be putting in 110% alongside manager David Eastwood to try and get the results we are after and will be looking to play an attractive style of football that is enjoyable to watch and played with the right attitude".

Lowestoft Town would like to thank Gorleston Chairman, Alan Gordon for allowing us to speak to both Nathaniel and Ricky about the coaching opportunity at our club.
Speaking about the move and leaving Gorleston, Nathaniel stated "It was one of the hardest decisions to leave Gorleston, but on the other hand it was one of the easiest to join Lowestoft Town. As it gives us the chance to put our coaching skills to the test and with this club being our home town it's a fantastic opportunity for us".

"We were well aware of the position the Ladies were in when myself and Ricky joined the club. However, after our first training session with the ladies it was clear to see the quality in them as individuals and as a team, so we're really excited to get to work".

In the very first meeting between Nathaniel, Ricky, Gary Keyzor (Chairman) and David Eastwood (Manager) a common ground and goal was clear, in that they want the club to be playing at the highest level possible in the Ladies game and with an equally high level of professionalism.

The Lowestoft Town Ladies have risen through the leagues at pace but despite a large number of changes that has seen faces come and go in recent times, Ricky believes solid foundations are already there to build on; stating "David has done a great job over the past years building a fantastic team. He has a great knowledge of the ladies game and clear ideas on how he wants the team to play. It is now down to myself and Nathaniel to work alongside David to get the team playing and showing togetherness, desire, passion and a real belief in their abilities".

"We look forward to being part of a superb and ambitious club that have a brilliant set up and we hope to get the ladies playing with flare and creative football".

Everyone at Lowestoft Town Football Club would like to welcome both Nathaniel and Ricky to the club.

The Women's Premier League is now on a festive break but games will resume at the start of 2016, with Lowestoft Town Ladies next in action when they welcome Gillingham to the Crown Meadow on Sunday 3rd January 2016.
