The best way to keep up to date with Lowestoft Town FC

Joe Marsden departs Crown Meadow

1 year ago By Terry Bullen

Joe Marsden has left Lowestoft Town this week to pursue other avenues in his football career.

Marsden was a former youth player at Lowestoft Town, before re-signing for the club in the summer of 2014.

During his time with the club, Marsden played his part in an exciting period at Lowestoft Town that saw the club finally reach their dream of Conference football, before sadly dropping back into the Ryman Premier League last season.

However, Marsden has found his chances limited and has decided to leave the club but would like to pass on his thanks to the supporters, saying "It's time to move on for me and to bring my chapter at Lowestoft Town to an end. I want to thank the supporters over the past couple of years, especially during the last twelve months and I hope they get to see their club climb the league again, like they deserve".

Everyone at Lowestoft Town would like to thank Joe for his service and commitment to the club and we wish him well for the future.
