Lowestoft Town are happy to announce that goalkeeper Jake Jessup has agreed a new deal with the club but doubts remain over the future of Lee Smith

After agreeing a new deal with the blues, Jessup will vie with Garnham for the number one goalkeepers spot at Lowestoft Town in this season's Vanarama National league North.

However, the future of out of contract midfielder Lee Smith is a little more uncertain at present with talks continuing.

Lowestoft Town manager, Gallagher has already made it clear in stating his determination to have all existing players within his squad, and any new additions being fully committed to his side this season. He strongly feels there needs to be that level of commitment throughout, which includes training twice a week and that if this is something they can't commit to, other options will be pursued.
