Gussy Joined Lowestoft as assistant manager to Jamie Godbold in the summer of 2022.After being with Norwich City as a youngster he was not offered a professional contract by the Canaries and gained most of his playing experience with Kings Lynn and Dereham Town.
He then gained managerial experience with Harleston and Derham Town before moving over to the Trawlerboys.
