Lowestoft Town defender, Travis Cole was all smiles last weekend after being voted not only Players Player but also Supporters player of the season.

Having intially joined the club on loan from Ipswich Town, Cole made the move a permanent one after being released by the Tractorboys in November and signing a two-and-a-half-year contract with his home-town club, the Trawlerboys.

In a season that saw Cole make 44 appearances; including 5 goals, 1 assist, 9 clean sheets and 8 Man of the Match awards. Cole capped off a great day for himself by being named the Players Player and Supporters player of the season, having earlier seen his team mates take a 2-0 home win over Harrow Borough to bring the clubs league campaign to a close.

Everyone at the club would like to congratulate Travis on both of his awards and hope that he can add to the impressive stats above in the Suffolk Premier Cup Final next month, against Needham Market.
