With Cole playing his first 25 minutes of football in the league this season since receiving a long-term ankle injury during a pre-season match against Norwich Utd, Lowestoft Town Football Club and club therapist Adam Woodrow would like to thank Alex Row (Centre Manager/Head Coach) for the use of the gymnastic centre for Travis’s rehabilitation.
Adam Woodrow, said: "It’s been great to have been able to use our local facilities like WGC to aid rehabilitation of Lowestoft Town FC players, hopefully, we can create an on-going arrangement to use the centre if we happen to experience similar injuries. Waveney Gymnastic Centre’s facilities has allowed us to carefully progress Travis rehabilitation before he was back to pitch based rehabilitation. The soft floor allows for different loads which is excellent within the rehabilitation stage and it’s great fun."
The centre is fully equipped with Gymnova apparatus and in recent years has become widely recognised as a world class Gymnastics Centre, after hosting a number of International Teams, including Canada, Australia, Japan, Scotland and Great Britain. The centre was also heavily involved in London 2012, as an official Pre Games Training Camp.
