Refunds for the above match are now well underway and we ask for your continued paitence in us completing this.

A number of people returned to Graphic Solutions on Wednesday 20th July for their refunds. While for those who purchased tickets online , we are now midway through processing refunds to your PayPal accounts and expect this to be completed by the end of the week, if not early next week.

If you didn't purchase your ticket online and were unable to get to Graphic Solutions or the ground last weekend, then your outstanding refund can be obtained via the following method:-
Please either kindly drop your tickets into the club or send them in the post (address below) including your name, address and either your PayPal details or bank details (sort code and account number) and we will process your refund. Failing this, if you would prefer a cheque then please state this when returning your tickets and we will post a cheque out in due course. However, cheques could take much longer to process than the above method.

Address:-
Lowestoft Town FC
Crown Meadow, Love Road
Lowestoft
Suffolk
NR32 2PA

It's also not too late to donate your refund to the Micky Chapman Testimonial Fund. You can do this by stating this on your ticket or by emailing Shop@lowestofttownfc.co.uk
Please include that you wish to donate your refunded ticket money and also please include your name, ticket number, ticket type (Adult or U16) and where you purchased the ticket (Graphic Solutions, online, from the clubhouse, or on the night at the turnstile).

PLEASE NOTE:- This is a situation that we were not expecting to happen and were not set up for, so please bear with us.
We are continuing to actively work our way through the refunds as quickly as we can. Please remaing patient, as the refunds are being processed by volunteers who have day-to-day full time jobs.
