Lubomir and Iavor Guentchev - Both players are currently back in Bulgaria and both have been offered trials with Bulgarian professional teams. Obviously, the Club doesn't want to stand in the way of them playing professional football, and we wish them all the best at getting a pro club. However, if the situation changes and nothing comes of the trials, we would love to have them back at the club in the future.
Dean Sinclair - Dean dropped out of the pro game and played for Lowestoft at the back end of last season and really enjoyed his time with the Club. He has a trial with a football league club and we hope things work out for him, and again the Club cant compete with league wages and stand in his way of getting back into the pro game. However, if things don't work out, he just may be back at Crown Meadow in the future.
Adrian Forbes - Adrian's contract expired at the end of last season, and no additional terms have been agreed by player and Club, so Adrian is currently a Free Agent.
Ady said that, "The Club are still looking for additional players to bring into the squad and have several irons in the fire at the moment."
Ady was disappointed with recent comments made by Bury Town Chairman, Russell Ward, saying that in the current football world money talks. Ward was talking about the recent deal concerning Lee Smith who played for Bury Town last season.
Ady wanted to stress that players have signed for Lowestoft because they see an ambitious ,forward thinking club that matches their desire to be successful in the future.
He wanted to make it clear that the Club does have tight wage structure and the Club won't exceed this, and not to believe everything you see or hear, as most of it is speculation or rumour.
