Lowestoft Town Football Club will be seeing double from now on, as Jack Ainsley joins his brother Stuart at the Crown Meadow.

22 year old Jack Ainsley has agreed a two year deal with the blues after being released by Ipswich Town at the end of the 2012/2013 season.

After featuring at International level for England U17's, Jack went on to sign a professional contract with Ipswich Town in June 2009. While at Ipswich he played for the reserves under Mark Kennedy and also featured for the first team in league and league cup action.

During his time at Ipswich he went on loan to a couple of clubs, with his most recent loan being at Blue Square Bet South side Chelmsford City in February 2013. After joining on an initial one month loan deal, the loan was extended until the end of the season with Jack making seventeen appearances for The Clarets, including both legs of their play-off semi-final against Salisbury City.

As a youngster Jack started out as a striker but since playing at a higher level he's proved to be a versatile player and has featured in defence for some of the sides he's played for.

Everyone at Lowestoft Town Football Club would like to welcome Jack Ainsley to the club.
