The Active Waveney Sports Awards were held this evening at Rookery Park and joint Lowestoft Town managers Ady Gallagher and Mick Chapman were delighted to receive the award for 'Best Team' in Waveney.

The award is the cherry on top of what has been an unforgetable and history making season for the Tralweboys, who gained promotion to the Conference North at the fourth time of asking this season.

Everybody at the club has played their part in a memorable season and as a club we are extremely delighted and honoured to have won this award tonight and would like to thank the Active Waveney Sports Awards.
