Lowestoft sign Cambridge striker

8 months ago By Sean Galea-Pace

The club can confirm we have completed the one month loan signing of Cambridge Utd striker Matthew Foy with a view to it being extended.

The 19-year-old striker will be available for tomorrow’s clash with Margate and becomes Dale Brooks' first signing as Lowestoft Town manager.

After capturing the forward, Brooks said: "We are delighted to welcome Matty to the football club. He's a young professional from Cambridge United who has been prolific in his youth team days and is thought very highly of by his parent club. We're pleased to be able to give Matthew an opportunity to play for Lowestoft Town Football Club and hopefully, he can score some goals for us."
